## Eligibility Criteria
- Moroccan nationality
- Age between 18 and 45 years
- Hold a Master's degree or equivalent in the specified specializations, or a higher diploma or specialized Master's degree as per the applicable regulations
- 25% of positions reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, national beneficiary, veteran, or former combatant
- 7% of positions reserved for individuals with disabilities

- Equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette (for foreign degrees or those issued by private institutions)
- Approval from the administration of affiliation (for candidates employed in public administrations)

## Stages of the Examination
- Written test: General topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the duties or functions to be performed, or to the specializations required (3 hours, coefficient 4)
- Oral test: Discussion with the competition committee to assess the candidate's ability to perform the duties or functions associated with the grade being competed for (15-30 minutes, coefficient 3)
