## Overview
The Exchange Office is organizing a competition for the recruitment of **16 cadres** in various diverse specialties, including finance, auditing, risk management, cybersecurity, communication, and systems administration. This competition aims to strengthen the Office's capabilities with high-level competencies (Bac+5). The application deadline is **July 28, 2026**.
## Organizing Authority
The organizing authority for this competition is the **Exchange Office**, a Moroccan public institution under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, responsible for regulating and controlling exchange operations in Morocco.
## Announced Positions
- **12 positions** for Control Cadres (Bac+5) in specialties: Banking and Finance, Auditing and Management Control, Financial and Accounting Management, International Trade, Management Sciences, Business Administration or equivalent.
- **1 position** for a Risk Management Officer (Baccalaureate + 5) in specialties: Risk Management, Auditing and Management Control, Management Sciences, Financial and Accounting Administration, Internal Control, Financial Control, Sciences, Actuarial Science or equivalent.
- **1 position** for a Cybersecurity Analyst (Baccalaureate + 5) in specialties: Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Networks and Systems or equivalent.
- **1 position** for a Communication Officer (Baccalaureate + 5) in specialties: Communication or equivalent.
- **1 position** for a Systems Administrator (Baccalaureate + 5) in specialties: Information Systems, Systems Administration, Information Technology, IT Infrastructure or equivalent.
## Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Be of Moroccan nationality.
- Be between **18 and 45 years old** at most on the date of recruitment.
- Possess the necessary physical aptitude to perform the duties.
- Hold a state-recognized diploma granting access to the required cadre (Bac+5 or Baccalaureate + 5), in accordance with the statutes of Exchange Office employees.
- Foreign or private diplomas must be accompanied by a recognition or equivalence decision.
- **25%** of positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or veteran.
- **7%** of positions are reserved for persons with disabilities.
## Required Documents
- Signed application form addressed to the Director of the Exchange Office.
- Detailed CV.
- Copy of the electronic National Identity Card.
- Copy of the original required diploma (or certificate of success) recognized by the state.
- Certificate issued by the university institution specifying the field or specialty, if not mentioned in the diploma.
- For candidates with special statuses (resistance fighter, nation's ward, disabled), a certificate proving this status must be attached.
## Examination Stages
The competition includes written and oral examinations:
- **Written Examination in French**:
- Type: Essay and/or Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) related to the required position and specialty.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **2**.
- **Written Examination in Arabic**:
- Type: Essay and/or Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) related to the required position and specialty or of a general nature.
- Duration: **Two (2) hours**.
- Coefficient: **1**.
- Candidates who obtain a score of at least **12/20** in the written examination qualify for the oral examination.
- Any candidate who obtains an overall average of at least **12/20** in both the written and oral examinations is considered successful.

## How to Apply
Interested candidates must submit their applications **online** by following these steps:

2. Attach the documents comprising the application file, scanned (in PDF format) and grouped into a single attachment.
3. Name the attachment containing their application file.
4. The application process must be completed before **July 28, 2026** at 4:00 PM as the final deadline.
5. For candidates with special statuses (resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, veteran, disabled), their files must be submitted or sent through the relevant delegations or institutions, accompanied by the necessary certificates.
6. Any incomplete application file, not registered electronically, not meeting the required conditions, or received after the specified deadline will be rejected.
