## Overview
The General Directorate of Civil Protection, under the Ministry of Interior, announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of four (04) State Engineers, First Grade. This competition is open to holders of an Agricultural Engineering degree and aims to strengthen the National Locust Control Center in Ait Melloul.

## Announced Positions
- **State Engineer, First Grade** specializing in **Agricultural Engineering (Agronome)**: **4** positions, assigned to the National Locust Control Center (Ait Melloul).
## Eligibility Requirements
- Candidates must be of Moroccan nationality.
- Candidates' age must be between **18** and **45** years at most on January 1st of the current year.
- Candidates must hold, at the time of application, a "**State Engineer**" degree in Agricultural Engineering, issued by qualified national schools, institutes, or university institutions, or an equivalent certificate.
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants.
- **7%** of the positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.
## Required Documents
- "**State Engineer**" degree in Agricultural Engineering.
- For foreign certificates or those issued by private institutions: the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette and the accompanying certificates.
- For candidates working in public administrations: an application for participation accompanied by the final approval of their respective administration (Human Resources departments).
- For candidates who are resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants: applications must be submitted through the administrations responsible for their affairs.
- For candidates with disabilities: a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family must be submitted later.
- After final success: completion of the file with the administrative documents legally required for appointment to public service.
## Examination Stages
- **Written Examination**:
- **Type**: General topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the required tasks or functions, or to the directorate's specializations, or to the required specializations.
- **Duration**: **Three (03) hours**.
- **Coefficient**: **4**.
- **Oral or Practical Examination**:
- **Type**: Discussion of various topics or a practical test in the required specializations to assess the ability to perform tasks.
- **Duration**: **Between 30 and 45 minutes**.
- **Coefficient**: **3**.
- **Note**: Candidates who obtain an average of at least **12 out of 20** in the written examination are eligible to take the oral or practical examination.
