## Overview
The High Atlas Development Agency announces the opening of applications for the recruitment of **3 Administrators** and **7 State Engineers** on contracts. These competitions aim to strengthen the agency's staff in vital specializations such as Audit and Management Control, Communication, Public Law, Civil Engineering, and Applied Economics, Statistics and Big Data, and Agricultural Economics.

## Announced Positions
**Administrator Positions (3 positions):**
- **1 Administrator** specialization: Audit and Management Control (Audit et Contrôle de Gestion)
- **1 Administrator** specialization: Communication (Communication)
- **1 Administrator** specialization: Public Law (Droit Public) (includes Litigation Law, Administrative Litigation, Expropriation, Public Procurement, or any equivalent specialization)
**State Engineer Positions (7 positions):**
- **2 State Engineers** specialization: Civil Engineering (Génie Civil)
- **5 State Engineers** specialization: Applied Economics, Statistics and Big Data or Agricultural Economics (Économie appliquée, Statistique et Big Data ou Agroéconomique)
## Application Conditions
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 years minimum and 45 years maximum**.
- For Administrators: The applicant must hold a Master's degree or equivalent in the required specializations, with proof of **at least three years of professional experience**.
- For State Engineers: The applicant must hold a State Engineer diploma in the required specializations, with proof of **at least three years of professional experience**.
- Possession of the competencies specified in the attached job descriptions.

- A signed application letter from the applicant, with the administrative approval of applicants belonging to the public service or public institutions and enterprises.
- A detailed and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- A copy of the obtained diploma(s).
- A copy of the equivalence decision, if applicable.
- A copy of the electronic National Identity Card (CINE).
- Any document proving the required professional experience.
## Examination Stages
- **File Review:** Candidates are selected based on the review of application files.
- **Oral Interview:** Selected candidates will be invited for an oral interview. They will be notified of the interview date via email.
