## Overview
Ibn Zohr University announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **02 Technicians, Grade III** in **Computer Science**, for the benefit of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Higher School of Technology in Laayoune. The deadline for applications is **July 03, 2026**.

## Application Conditions
- Applicants must be at least **18 years old** and not exceed **40 years old** at most, with the possibility of extending the upper age limit for a period equivalent to the duration of valid or rectifiable services for retirement purposes, not exceeding 45 years, excluding employees who are not subject to the age condition.
- Applicants must hold a **Specialized Technician Diploma** issued by one of the established vocational training institutions or an equivalent certificate, or one of the certificates specified in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force.
- The legal provisions in force regarding the reservation of financial positions for candidates who are former resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, and former combatants, as well as for candidates with disabilities, shall apply when the conditions for their application are met.
## Required Documents
- A written application to participate in the competition addressed to the President of the concerned institution, bearing the applicant's name, address, phone number, and email address, manually signed, and including the framework and specialty.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with the applicant's photo.
- Copy of the National Electronic Identity Card.
- Copy of the diploma required above, according to the specialties required above (a certificate of success is not accepted).
- Copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette, accompanied, where applicable, by the certificates and diplomas stipulated in the equivalence decision, for diplomas issued by a foreign university.
- Copy of the table published in the Official Gazette specifying the equivalence of the diploma issued by a private university or Moroccan private higher education institutions.
- Copy of the Baccalaureate certificate for the Technician, Grade III framework being competed for.
- Authorization to take the competition for employed applicants.
- Authorization from the Head of Government for applicants who have exceeded the employment age limit.
- Copy of a document proving disability status for concerned applicants, issued by the competent government authority.
- Copy of a document proving the applicant's affiliation with former resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants.
## Examination Stages
- **1. General Written Examination**:
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **04**.
- Covers various economic, social, political, and administrative aspects at national and international levels, to be written compulsorily in Arabic.
- **2. Specialized Written Examination**:
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **06**.
- Relates to the specialty of the competition.
- **3. Oral Examination**:
- Duration: **At least 15 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **03**.
- A discussion with the competition committee on general culture, the applicant's specialty, and the sector. Applicants who have been accepted, passed both written examinations, and achieved the required average, in accordance with the conditions specified in the regulatory provisions in force for each framework and the grade to be recruited, are eligible for the oral examination.

Those wishing to take the aforementioned competitions must **compulsorily** apply via the following electronic platform: **https://recrutement.enssup.gov.ma**, before **July 03, 2026**. The application process and submission of required requests and documents must be done obligatorily and exclusively via the aforementioned platform. For candidates concerned with reserved positions (former resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants), in addition to applying via the platform mentioned above, their files must be sent to the competent services responsible for them. Application files lacking any of the aforementioned documents, or not meeting the required conditions, or not containing correct declarations, data, or information, or submitted after the specified deadline, will be rejected. The lists of accepted candidates for the written examinations will be published on the public employment website www.emploi-public.ma, as well as on the electronic portal of the concerned institution, and this publication will serve as an invitation to take these two written examinations.
