## Overview
The National Ports Agency (ANP) announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **five (05) port officers** from the "Senior Executive" category. This competition aims to strengthen the Agency's staff with qualified employees to work in the ports of Al Hoceima, Tangier, Casablanca, and Tan-Tan.
## Organizing Body
The National Ports Agency (ANP) is a Moroccan public institution responsible for regulating and managing commercial ports in Morocco.
## Announced Positions
- **05 Port Officer positions** (Senior Executive) distributed as follows:
- **Al Hoceima**: Two (02) positions
- **Tangier**: One (01) position
- **Casablanca**: One (01) position
- **Tan-Tan**: One (01) position
- **Required Specialties**: Graduates of public maritime navigation institutions or equivalent, holders of a Master Mariner certificate or First Class Marine Engineer Officer certificate or equivalent.
## Eligibility Requirements
- **Education**: Graduate of a public maritime navigation institution or equivalent.
- **Certificates**: Holder of a Master Mariner certificate or First Class Marine Engineer Officer certificate or a Master Mariner diploma or a First Class Marine Engineer Officer diploma or a Chief Mate certificate or equivalent.
- **Experience**: A minimum of **12 months** of sailing experience.
- **Age**: Not to exceed **40 years** as of December 31, 2026.
- **Nationality**: Moroccan.
- Diplomas issued by private higher education institutions must be accredited and endorsed by the president of the affiliated public university.
- For foreign diplomas, the equivalence decision and all regulatory documents proving this equivalence must be attached.
## Required Documents
- Copy of the electronic national identity card (both sides).
- Detailed and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Copy of the sailing record (relevé de navigation).
- Copy of the original diploma.
- Equivalence decision (for foreign diplomas, if applicable).
- For ANP employees: An application addressed to the Director General of the Agency to participate in the competition.
## Examination Stages
- The examination consists of two stages:
- **Written Examination**: For eligible candidates.
- **Oral Examination**: Only for candidates successful in the written examination.
- Successful candidates will be ranked based on the overall average of both examinations (written and oral) and within the limits of available positions.
