## Overview
The National Ports Agency (ANP) announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **ten (10) Billing Agents** classified under the "Maitrise" category. This opportunity is open to holders of a Specialized Technician or Higher Technician (Bac+2) diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent specializations, and aims to strengthen the Agency's teams in various Moroccan ports.

The National Ports Agency (ANP) is a public institution of an industrial and commercial nature, responsible for the management and development of Moroccan ports.

- **10 positions** for Billing Agents (Agent de Facturation) in the "Maitrise" category, distributed across the following cities:
- Al Hoceima: 1 position
- Tangier: 1 position
- Larache: 1 position
- Kenitra: 1 position
- Casablanca: 1 position
- Jorf Lasfar: 1 position
- Essaouira: 1 position
- Agadir: 1 position
- Tan-Tan: 1 position
- Laayoune: 1 position
## Eligibility Requirements
- **Education**: Holder of a Specialized Technician or Higher Technician (Bac+2) diploma issued by a public or private institution recognized by the state.
- **Specialization**: Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Desirable (not mandatory).
- **Age**: Maximum 40 years old as of December 31, 2026.
- **Nationality**: Moroccan.
## Required Documents
The following documents must be scanned and attached to the electronic application file:
- Copy of the National Electronic Identity Card (both sides).
- Detailed and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Work certificates proving the required experience (if any), which must include the occupied position and period of employment (to be uploaded in the "Certificates proving the candidate's professional experience" section).
- Copy of the original Baccalaureate certificate (to be uploaded in the "My academic qualifications" section).
- Copy of the original diploma (to be uploaded in the "My academic qualifications" section).
- In case of a foreign diploma, the equivalency decision and all regulatory documents proving this equivalency must be attached (to be uploaded in the "Equivalency decision" section).
## Examination Stages
- The competition will be conducted in two stages:
- **Written exam**: Only successful candidates will be admitted to the next stage.
- **Oral exam**: Reserved for candidates who successfully passed the written exam.
- Admitted candidates will be ranked by merit and within the limits of the number of positions competed for, based on the overall average of the written and oral exams.
