## Overview
The Municipality of Ras El Ain in Youssoufia Province announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **9 technicians**, distributed as **05 positions** for Grade III technicians and **04 positions** for Grade IV technicians. This competition aims to enhance competencies in various specialties such as IT development, systems and networks, electricity, and automotive maintenance. The deadline for applications is **July 17, 2026**.
## Organizing Authority
Ras El Ain Municipality, Youssoufia Province, affiliated with the Ministry of Interior under the Wilaya of the Marrakech-Safi Region. It is a Moroccan territorial commune.
## Announced Positions
- **05 positions** for Grade III technicians (Scale 9) in the following specialties: IT Development (2), IT Systems and Networks (1), Electrical Technician (Public Electricity) (1), Automotive Maintenance or Automotive Mechanics (1) (with a mandatory C or D driving license).
- **04 positions** for Grade IV technicians (Scale 8) in IT Management specialty.
*Note: 25% of these positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, or former military personnel, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disability card.*
## Application Conditions
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 and 40 years** at least on January 1st of the current year, with the possibility of extending the maximum age to 45 years in certain cases.
- Must hold the required diploma or certificate for the contested grade, as indicated in the table above (Specialized Technician Diploma for Grade III, and Technician Diploma for Grade IV).
- A certificate of success or any diploma or certificate other than the required level or specialty will not be accepted.
## Required Documents
- An application addressed to the President of Ras El Ain Municipality, stating the full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A copy of the required diploma or certificate in the specialty, or an equivalent certificate (certified copy).
- A copy of the National Identity Card (certified copy).
- A recent Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a personal photo.
- Two envelopes bearing postage stamps and the applicant's name and personal address.
- A copy of driving license type C or D (for applicants for automotive maintenance positions).
- Authorization from the employing administration to take the competition (for civil servants).
- A copy of the certificate proving the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or former combatant (for those concerned).
- A certificate of registration in the lists of persons with disabilities (for those concerned).
- Any document proving the applicant's possession of the required scientific competencies and skills (if any).
*Note: Applicants with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or disabled persons must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for their affairs; otherwise, they will be considered void.*
## Examination Stages
1. **Written Examination**:
- **Duration**: Three hours (3 h).
- **Coefficient**: 4.
- **Content**: A general topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the required tasks or functions or the competencies of territorial communes.
- **Qualification for Oral Exam**: Obtaining a score of not less than **12/20**.
2. **Oral Examination**:
- **Duration**: From 15 to 45 minutes.
- **Coefficient**: 3.
- **Content**: Discussion of various topics and issues with the committee, or a practical test in the required specialty, or both, to assess the applicant's ability to perform the tasks associated with the contested grade.
*Note: Successful candidates with an overall average of not less than 10/20 will be accepted, provided no disqualifying score is obtained.*
