- State Engineer of the First Grade, Scale 11 (01 position)
- Health Technician of the First Grade, Scale 10 (03 positions)
- Nurse of the First Grade, Scale 10 (06 positions)
- Technician of the Third Grade, Scale 9 (60 positions)
- Technician of the Fourth Grade, Scale 8 (52 positions)
## Application Requirements
- Age: At least 18 years and no more than 45 years as of January 1, 2026 (40 years for technicians)
- Required Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent certificate matching the required specialization
- Certificates of success are not considered, and any diploma or certificate not matching the required level or specialization will not be accepted

- Application for the competition
- Copy of the diploma or certificate obtained
- Curriculum vitae of the candidate
- Copy of the national identity card
- Copy of a driving license of type C or D (depending on the specialization)
- Two stamped envelopes with the candidate's personal address
- Written authorization from the administration of affiliation (for employees)
- Certificate from the competent authority confirming the status of a resistance fighter, war veteran, or old soldier
- Certificate from the competent authority confirming disability (for persons with disabilities)
## Stages of the Examination
- Written Test: Numerical score ranging from 0 to 20, the minimum qualifying score is 12 out of 20
- Oral Test: Candidates who achieve an overall average of at least 10 out of 20 qualify for the oral test

## How to Apply
Application files must be deposited at the registry office of one of the concerned municipalities against a receipt or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, according to the required specialization, during the working hours of public administrations until May 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
