- State Engineer diploma in Civil Engineering for the first position.
- Bac+5 diploma in Management des entreprises or Gestion for the second position.
- Specialized Technician diploma in Civil Engineering for the third position.
- Diplomas must be recognized by the state.
- If the diploma is obtained from a private or foreign institution, a certificate of equivalence or recognition must be attached.

- Any certificate that does not include the start and end date of experience or the issue date in the case of ongoing professional experience will not be considered.
