Announcement of a competition for the recruitment of **05 Technicians, 3rd Grade** at the Secretariat of State for Maritime Fishing. ## Application Conditions
- Moroccan nationality.
- Age: Between **18 and 40 years**.
- Educational Qualification: **Specialized Technician Diploma or University Diploma of Technology (DUT)** or their equivalents in the required specializations.
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for individuals with the status of Resistant, Nation's Ward, Former Military, or Former Combatant.
- **7%** of the positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
## Required Documents

- Required diploma in the specialization mentioned above.
- Copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette (for candidates holding a certificate issued by foreign universities).
- Valid biometric National Identity Card.

- Final and unconditional authorization from the original administration (for employed and contracted candidates).
## Examination Stages
- **1. Written Examination:**
- Relates to the required specialization(s) or the tasks/functions to be filled.
- Duration: **Three hours (3)**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
- **2. Oral Examination:**
- The competition committee will discuss various topics and issues with the candidate to assess their ability to perform the tasks and functions associated with the grade for which they are competing.
- Duration: **Between 15 and 30 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **2**.
