## Overview
Sultan Moulay Slimane University in Beni Mellal announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **seven (7) lecturer professors** in various specialties, for the session of **October 10, 2026**. This competition aims to strengthen the teaching staff in the university institutions affiliated with the university, and is open to holders of a doctorate degree or equivalent.

## Announced Positions
The seven announced positions are distributed among the following institutions and specialties:
- **3 positions**: Private Law in Arabic (Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences in Beni Mellal)
- **2 positions**: Public Law in Arabic (Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences in Beni Mellal)
- **1 position**: Informatique (Faculty of Applied Sciences in Beni Mellal)
- **1 position**: Physique appliquée (Faculty of Applied Sciences in Beni Mellal)
## Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Be of Moroccan nationality.
- Be of legal age to take the competition, not less than **18 years old** and not exceeding **45 years old** at most on January 1st of the current year, with an exception for civil servants who are not subject to the age limit.
- Hold a doctorate degree, a State doctorate, or any other equivalent recognized degree, in the aforementioned specialties, issued by national universities, institutes, or university institutions authorized to issue them, or one of the degrees specified in accordance with the regulations in force.
## Required Documents
The application file consists of the following documents:
- A handwritten application to participate in the competition addressed to the head of the concerned university institution, bearing the candidate's name, address, phone number, and email, with a manual signature, and indicating the desired specialty.
- Candidate's Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a photo of the candidate.
- Copy of the National Identity Card.
- Authorization to take the competition issued by the administration to which the candidate belongs if they are a civil servant.
- Authorization from the Head of Government for candidates who have exceeded the age limit for recruitment.
- Copies of obtained diplomas.
- Copy of the doctorate degree or State doctorate (success certificates are not accepted).
- Copy of the doctoral thesis.
- Copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette, accompanied, if applicable, by the doctorate diploma stipulated in the equivalence decision, for diplomas issued by a foreign university and submitted.
- Copy of the table published in the Official Gazette specifying the equivalence of the diploma issued by a private university or Moroccan private higher education institution and submitted.
- Copy of a document proving disability status for concerned candidates, issued by the competent government authority services.
- Copy of a document proving the candidate's affiliation with former resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants.
- Copy of the scientific file (all research work carried out by the candidate personally or in collaboration, including articles, books, studies, etc.).
- Declaration of honor regarding the authenticity of the submitted documents.
## Examination Stages
Competitions for the recruitment of lecturer professors include two main tests:
- **First Test**: Study of candidates' files (certificates, scientific files) and their selection within the legally permitted percentages according to the number of positions announced by each university institution.
- **Second Test**: Presentation and discussion between the selected candidates and the competition committee.
Each test is graded from 0 to 20, and any score below **08 out of 20** is considered a failing grade.

## How to Apply
1. Candidates wishing to take the competition must register online via the following electronic platform: [https://recrutement.enssup.gov.ma](https://recrutement.enssup.gov.ma) before **October 4, 2026**.
2. In addition to online registration, candidates admitted to the oral examinations are required to submit the same administrative documents previously provided on the electronic platform to the Human Resources department of the concerned university institutions.
3. For candidates concerned with positions reserved for former resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants, in addition to the online application process mentioned above, their files must be sent to the competent services responsible for them.
**Important Note:** Application files lacking any of the above-mentioned documents, or not meeting the required conditions, or not containing correct declarations, data, or information, or submitted after the specified deadlines, will be rejected.
