## Overview ORH Assessment, a leading recruitment and assessment consulting firm, is seeking an HR and Training Development Manager for its client. The selected candidate will lead the competency development strategy, establish an internal academy, and develop customized training programs.

## Organizing Entity ORH Assessment is a subsidiary of the LMS ORH group, specializing in recruitment consulting, assessment services, and organizing competitions for major companies in both public and private sectors. This recruitment is for one of its clients.

## Positions Advertised - **One position** (1) as HR and Training Development Manager, permanent contract (CDI), in **Rabat** and its surrounding areas.

## Eligibility Requirements - **Bac+5** diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Educational Sciences, or Management. - Minimum of **5 years** of experience in HR development and/or training. - Proven experience in establishing or leading an internal company academy or university. - Strong skills in pedagogical engineering and project management. - Good knowledge of talent management and Anticipatory Management of Jobs and Skills (GPEC). - Possess leadership qualities, creativity, organizational skills, and initiative. - Excellent communication, public relations, and writing abilities.
