- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 and 40 years** as of January 1st of the current year, with the possibility of extending the upper age limit to 45 years in certain cases.
- The applicant must hold the required diploma or certificate for the contested grade, as detailed in the table above (Specialized Technician Diploma for Grade III, and Technician Diploma for Grade IV).
- A certificate of success is not considered valid, and no diploma or certificate other than the required level or specialization will be accepted.

- For employed applicants: approval from their employing administration, in addition to the aforementioned documents.

## How to Apply
Application files must be submitted to the Human Resources Management Office of Ait Hakim Ait Zid Commune against an acknowledgment of receipt, or sent by registered mail to the President of Ait Hakim Ait Zid Commune. This must be done during public administration working hours, starting from the date of publication of the decision until **August 13, 2026**, as the final deadline (the postmark date will be considered). Any file received after the specified deadline or missing a document will not be taken into consideration. The lists of accepted candidates and the final results will be published on the Public Employment Portal **www.emploi-public.ma** and the National Portal for Local Authorities **www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma**. Publication on these portals serves as an official summons for candidates.
