## Overview
The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, represented by the Mohammed VI Institute for the Training of Imams, Mourchidines, and Mourchidates, announces the opening of applications for the training of the twenty-third cohort of Imams (150) and Mourchidates (100) for the year 2027. This training targets holders of a Bachelor's degree who are not older than 45 years as of January 31, 2028, and aims to qualify them for work in mosques through a contractual system.

## Announced Positions
- **Imam**: **150** positions, requiring complete memorization of the Holy Quran.
- **Mourchidate**: **100** positions, requiring memorization of specific surahs from the Holy Quran.
## Application Requirements
- The applicant must be of **Moroccan nationality**.

- Must have memorized the following surahs: "Surat Al-Baqarah, Surat An-Nisa, Surat Al-Kahf, Surat An-Nur, Surat Al-Ahzab, Surat Ya-Sin, Surat Al-Hujurat, Surat Al-Mujadila, Surat Al-Mumtahanah, Surat At-Talaq, and the surahs of Juz Amma" for Mourchidate students.
- Must enjoy civil rights.
- Must possess good morals.
- Must have the necessary physical abilities.
## Required Documents
- Completion of a **declaration of honor form**, in which the applicant certifies the accuracy of the declared information. The form can be filled out and downloaded from the dedicated electronic link.
- **Handwritten application** addressed to the Director of the Institute, stating the applicant's first name, last name, and address.
- **Curriculum Vitae (CV)** of the applicant, including their academic qualifications.
- **Copy of the Bachelor's degree**. For certificates issued by foreign universities, they must be accompanied by the equivalence decision and the Baccalaureate certificate (Moroccan or foreign accompanied by the equivalence decision).
- **Copies of transcripts** obtained during the Bachelor's degree years.
- **Recent criminal record certificate**.
- **Copy of the National Identity Card**.
- **Four passport-sized photographs** of the applicant.
- **Two self-adhesive envelopes** (enveloppe autocollante) bearing a postal stamp and the applicant's personal address.
## Training and Examination Stages
- **Duration of Study**: The study lasts **twelve months**, with no possibility of repetition.
- **Study System**: The study system can be external or internal.
- **Monthly Stipend**: Trainees receive a monthly stipend of **two thousand dirhams (2000 MAD)** during the training period.
- **Initial Selection**: This is done after reviewing application files.
- **Examination**: Those accepted in the initial selection will be invited for **interviews before scientific committees**.
- **Graduation**: The study concludes with a **graduation exam**.
- **Appointment After Graduation**: Successful graduates will be appointed by contract to mosques designated by the Ministry, and will receive the salary and allowances granted to a **Third Grade Administrator (Echelon 10)**.
