## Overview
The Ministry of National Territory Planning, Urban Development, Housing, and City Policy announces the organization of a competition for admission to institutes for training specialized technicians in urban planning, architecture, construction, and civil engineering. This competition aims to recruit **120 positions** equally distributed among the institutes of Meknes, Oujda, Tetouan, and Smara, for the academic year 2026-2027.

- **30 positions** at the Tetouan Institute for Training Specialized Technicians in Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction, and Civil Engineering.
- **30 positions** at the Smara Institute for Training Specialized Technicians in Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction, and Civil Engineering.
## Eligibility Requirements
- Candidates must be between **17 and 25 years old** at most as of **December 31, 2026**, with the maximum age extended to **30 years** for holders of a Technician's Diploma.
- Hold a Baccalaureate certificate with a general average of no less than **12/20** in the following streams:
- Experimental Sciences.
- Mathematical Sciences.
- Economic and Management Sciences.
- Science and Technology (both tracks).
- Or a Professional Baccalaureate in Building and Public Works streams.
- Or a Technician's Diploma (with a mandatory Baccalaureate certificate) in one of the following specializations: Urban Planning and Architecture, Construction and Civil Engineering, Architectural Drawing, or an equivalent certificate, within the limit of **10%** of the available competition positions.

- **Subject**: Mathematics.

- **Total Written Exam Duration**: From 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

## How to Apply
1. Registration is exclusively done via the dedicated electronic platform: **https://iftsau.matnuhpv.gov.ma**.
2. Candidates must choose one of the four institutes (Meknes, Oujda, Tetouan, or Smara) during the pre-registration process.
3. The registration period extends from **Monday, August 31, 2026** until **Sunday, September 06, 2026**.
4. Candidates must regularly monitor their email and the electronic platform throughout the competition stages.
5. Invitations for accepted candidates to take the written exam will be sent via email.
6. All official announcements related to the competition will be published on the websites of the Ministry and the concerned institutes.
