## Application Conditions
- The applicant must be of **Moroccan nationality**.
- Must enjoy national rights and possess the mental and physical capacity to perform public service duties.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 and 40 years old** on January 1st of the current year, with the possibility of extending the upper age limit for a period equivalent to the duration of valid or rectifiable services for retirement purposes, not exceeding **45 years**.
- Must hold a **Specialized Technician Diploma** issued by vocational training institutions established in accordance with Decree No. 2.86.325 dated January 9, 1987, or an equivalent certificate.
- A certificate of success is not considered valid, and no diploma or certificate other than the required level or specialty will be accepted.
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or veteran.
- **07%** of the positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
