## Overview
The Mezguitem Commune in Guercif Province is organizing a competition for the recruitment of 3 technicians, distributed as two positions for Grade III and one position for Grade IV. This competition is open to holders of specialized technician and technician diplomas in various specializations such as Civil Engineering, Information Systems, and Vehicle Driving.

## Announced Positions
- **Two (2) positions**: Technician Grade III, specializations "Works Manager", "Civil Engineering", "Public Works", "Information Systems", "IT Development".
- **One (1) position**: Technician Grade IV, specialization "Driving Vehicles and Heavy Machinery" (with driving license category C or D).
## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- Must hold the required diploma or certificate for the grade being competed for.
- Must enjoy national rights and possess good conduct.
- Must meet the physical and mental fitness requirements for the position.
- Age must not be less than **18 years** and not exceed **40 years** as of January 1st of the current year (the upper age limit may be extended for a period equivalent to the duration of valid or rectifiable services for retirement purposes, without exceeding **45 years**).
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, and former combatants.
- **7%** of the positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
## Required Documents
- Application form for the competition (including full name, address, signature, phone number, email).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) including professional experience or work certificates (if any).
- Copy of the National Identity Card.
- Certified true copy of the required certificate or diploma in the specialization, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision if applicable.
- Written authorization to take the competition from the employing administration (for civil servants).
- Certificate of registration on the lists of persons with disabilities (for persons with special needs).
- Copy of a certificate proving the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant (for candidates with this status).
- Copy of driving license (category C or D) for the specialization of driving vehicles and heavy machinery.
## Examination Stages
- **Written Examination**:
- Subject: General or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the required tasks or functions or the competencies of local authorities.
- Duration: **Three (03) hours**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- **Oral or Practical Examination**:
- Duration: Between **15 and 30 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
- Objective: To assess the candidate's ability to perform the tasks associated with the grade being competed for.
- Each examination is graded numerically between 0 and 20.
- Any score equal to or less than **05 out of 20** is considered disqualifying.
- Candidates who obtain an average of at least **12 out of 20** in the written examination qualify for the oral examination.

## How to Apply
Application files must be submitted to the Mezguitem Commune's registry office against an acknowledgment of receipt, or via electronic application, or sent by registered mail. This must be done during public administration working hours, and the post office stamp date will be considered for applications sent by mail. Any incomplete file or file submitted after the specified deadlines will be rejected.
The lists of accepted candidates and the competition results will be published on the public employment website **www.emploi-public.ma** and on the portal of the General Directorate of Local Authorities **www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma**.
Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, former combatant, or person with disabilities must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs, accompanied by a certificate proving this status.
