## Overview
The Madagh Commune in Berkane Province announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **02 Third Grade Technicians** specializing in **IT and Digital Development**. ## Positions Announced
- **Third Grade Technician**: Two (02) positions, specializing in IT and Digital Development, for appointment at Madagh Commune.
## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The candidate's age must be between **18 and 40 years** old at least on January 1, 2026, with the possibility of extending the upper age limit for a period equivalent to the duration of valid or rectifiable services for retirement purposes, without exceeding **45 years**.
- The candidate must hold a Specialized Technician diploma in the required specializations, issued by one of the vocational training institutions established in accordance with Decree No. 2.86.235 dated January 9, 1987, or an equivalent certificate in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 2.12.90 issued on April 30, 2012.
- A quota of **25%** of the contested financial positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, former military personnel, former combatants, or wards of the nation.
- A quota of **7%** of the positions is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

- A certificate issued by the relevant university institution clearly indicating the specialization or field, for diplomas that do not specify the specialization or field.
- The equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette, as well as the certificates accompanied by it and specified in the same decision, for foreign certificates.
- Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs within the specified deadlines.
## Examination Stages
- **Written Examination**: A general topic or multiple-choice questions (QCM) related to the duties or functions to be performed, or to the competencies of local authorities. Duration **3 hours**, Coefficient **4**.
- **Oral or Practical Examination**: The competition committee will discuss various topics and issues with the candidate, or subject them to a practical test in the required specialization, or both, with the aim of assessing their ability to perform the duties or functions associated with the contested grade. Duration **between 15 and 45 minutes**, Coefficient **3**.
- Candidates who obtain an average of at least **12 out of 20** in the written examination will be eligible for the oral examination.
