## Overview
The Ministry of Interior, Zagora Province, announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **three (03) Second Grade Administrators**, specializing in **Economics (Auditing and Management Control)**. Successful candidates will be assigned to the General Secretariat of the Province and its affiliated administrative units. This competition is open to Moroccan candidates holding a Master's degree or equivalent in the required specialization.

## Announced Positions
- **03 positions** for Second Grade Administrators, specialization: **Economics (Auditing and Management Control)**, for appointment in Zagora Province.
## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The candidate's age must be between **18 and 45 years** at most on January 1st of the current year.
- The candidate must hold, upon registration of their application, a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DESA), a Diploma of Specialized Advanced Studies (DESS), a Master's degree, or a Specialized Master's degree in **Economics (Auditing and Management Control)**, issued by national university institutions, or one of the certificates or diplomas specified by a decision of the Minister in charge of Public Sector Modernization.
- A quota of **25%** of the financial positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant.
- A quota of **7%** is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.
## Required Documents
- Copy of the required diploma.
- Copy of the National Identity Card.
- Candidate's Curriculum Vitae.
- For diplomas that do not specify the specialization or field of study, a certificate issued by the concerned university institution, clearly indicating the specialization or field of study, must be attached.
- For foreign certificates, the certificate must be accompanied, upon registration via the portal, by the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette, as well as the supporting certificates specified in the same decision.
- For candidates working in public administrations, applications for participation must be accompanied by the final approval of their respective administration (Human Resources departments).
- For candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant, their applications must be submitted through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs, in addition to registering on the electronic portal.
- For candidates with disabilities, a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family must be provided.
- Finally successful candidates are required to complete their files with the administrative documents legally required for appointment to the public service.
## Examination Stages
- **Written Examination:**
- Type: General topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the duties or positions to be filled, or to the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or to the required specializations.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- **Oral Examination:**
- Type: The competition committee discusses various topics with the candidate, aiming to assess their ability to perform the duties or functions associated with the grade for which they are competing.
- Duration: **Between 15 and 30 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
- Candidates who obtain an average of at least **12 out of 20** in the written examination are eligible to take the oral examination.

3. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the National Identity Card, and the candidate's Curriculum Vitae.
4. For public employees, applications for participation must be accompanied by the final approval of their respective administration.
5. The lists of accepted candidates will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and will serve as an invitation.
6. The final results will be announced in order of merit on the aforementioned portal.
