## Overview
The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication (Culture Sector) announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of one State Engineer, First Grade, specializing in Statistics. This competition aims to strengthen competencies in the Directorate of Arts in Rabat.

## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- Hold a State Engineer diploma or an equivalent certificate in the required specialization (Statistics).
- The candidate's age must be between **18 and 45 years** at most.
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, and former combatants.
- **7%** of the positions are reserved for persons with disabilities.
- For employed candidates, the application must be accompanied by the approval of their administration, issued by the central human resources departments.

- A handwritten application addressed to the Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, including full name, address, phone number, and the grade and specialization for which the competition is held.
- Candidate's Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Copy of the National Identity Card (both sides, valid).
- Copy of the required diploma or its equivalent certificate, accompanied by copies of the equivalence decision (if applicable). Certificates of success are not accepted.
- Copy of a certificate indicating disability (for persons with special needs).
- Copy of a certificate proving the status of a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, or former military personnel (for those who possess this status).
## Examination Stages
- **1. General Written Examination**:
- Relates to various economic, social, or scientific aspects.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
- **2. Specific Written Examination**:
- Relates to the required specializations or the tasks and functions to be filled.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- **3. Oral Examination**:
- The competition committee discusses various topics and issues with the candidate to assess their ability to perform the tasks.
- Duration: **Between 15 and 30 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
- **Note**: Any score less than or equal to **5 out of 20** is disqualifying. Candidates who achieve an average of at least **12 out of 20** in the two written examinations qualify for the oral examination.
