Announcement of the lists of candidates invited to take the recruitment competitions in the energy transition sector for positions of State Engineer and Technician of the Third Grade. The competitions will be held on May 24, 2026.

## Positions Announced
- State Engineer of the First Grade — 21 positions in specializations: Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mining, Electro-Mechanical, Environment and Industrial Safety, Renewable Energy
- Technician of the Third Grade — 14 positions in specializations: Industrial Chemistry, Administrative Secretarial Techniques, Civil Engineering, Business Management, Electro-Mechanical
## Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must hold the required degree in the specified specialization.
- The candidate must hold a national identity card.
- The candidate must arrive before the scheduled time to take the tests.
- Mobile phones are prohibited in the examination hall.

## Test Stages
- State Engineer of the First Grade:
- Written test: General question or multiple-choice questions (QCM) related to the tasks or functions to be filled, the ministry's competencies, or the required specializations.
- Duration: 3 hours
- Coefficient: 4
- Technician of the Third Grade:
- Written test: General question or multiple-choice questions (QCM) on various topics or related to the concerned sector, the required specializations, or the tasks or functions to be filled.
- Duration: 3 hours
- Coefficient: 3

## How to Apply
Invited candidates must arrive at the competition venue before the scheduled time. They must present their national identity card before taking the test. Mobile phones are prohibited in the examination hall. Lists of candidates accepted for the written tests are announced on the public employment portal www.empl-public.ma and the ministry's website www.mem.gov.ma.
