## Overview
The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Guercif Province Prefecture, announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **two (02) Third Grade Technicians**. This competition aims to enhance competencies in Civil Engineering, and successful candidates will be appointed to the General Secretariat of Guercif Province.

## Announced Positions
- **2 positions** for Third Grade Technicians, specializing in **Civil Engineering**. They will be appointed to the General Secretariat of Guercif Province.
## Eligibility Requirements
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The candidate's age must be between **18 and 40 years** at most.
- The candidate must hold a Specialized Technician Diploma in **Civil Engineering**, issued by one of the vocational training institutions established in accordance with Decree No. 2.86.325 dated January 9, 1987, or an equivalent certificate.
- **25%** of the positions are reserved for Resistance Fighters, Wards of the Nation, Former Military Personnel, or Former Combatants.
- **7%** of the positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.
## Required Documents
- Copy of the required diploma.
- Copy of the National Identity Card.
- Candidate's Curriculum Vitae.
- **For foreign or private certificates**: Equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette and accompanying certificates.
- **For public administration employees**: Application for participation accompanied by the final approval of their respective administration.
- **For Resistance Fighters, Wards of the Nation, Former Military Personnel, and Former Combatants**: Submit their applications through the administrations responsible for their affairs, in addition to electronic registration.
- **For candidates with disabilities**: Provide later a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family.
- **For finally successful candidates**: Complete their files with the administrative documents required for appointment to the public service.
## Examination Stages
- **1. Written Examination**:
- Type: Essay or Multiple Choice Questions (QCM) related to the required tasks, the Ministry of Interior's competencies, or the required specializations.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- **2. Oral or Practical Examination, or Both**:
- Type: Discussion of various topics or a practical test in the specialization to assess the ability to perform tasks.
- Duration: **Between 15 and 30 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
- **Note**: Candidates who obtain an average of at least **12/20** in the written examination will qualify for the oral examination.
