## Overview
The Prefecture of Marrakech, under the Ministry of Interior, announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of **three (03) State Engineers, First Grade**, specializing in **Civil Engineering**. This competition aims to strengthen the engineering competencies within the Prefecture and is open to Moroccan candidates holding the required diploma.

## Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The candidate's age must be between **18 years minimum and 45 years maximum** as of January 1st of the current year.
- The candidate must hold, at the time of application, a **State Engineer** diploma in Civil Engineering, issued by national schools, institutes, or university institutions authorized to deliver it, or an equivalent diploma.
- A quota of **25%** of the positions is reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military, or former combatant.
- A quota of **7%** of the positions is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "person with disability" card.
## Required Documents
- Copy of the required diploma.
- Copy of the National Identity Card.
- Candidate's Curriculum Vitae.
- **For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions**: A copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette and the accompanying certificates must be attached.
- **For candidates working in public administrations**: The application must be accompanied by a final approval from their respective administration.
- **For resistance fighters, nation's wards, former military, and former combatants**: Applications must be submitted through the administrations responsible for their affairs, in addition to online registration.
- **For candidates with disabilities**: A certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family must be provided.
- Finally successful candidates are required to complete their files with the administrative documents legally required for appointment to the public service.
## Examination Stages
- **1. Written Examination**:
- **Type**: General topic or multiple-choice questions (QCM) related to the tasks or positions to be filled, or to the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or to the required specialties.
- **Duration**: **Three (3) hours**.
- **Coefficient**: **4**.
- **2. Oral or Practical Examination, or both**:
- **Type**: The examination committee discusses various topics with the candidate, or subjects them to a practical test in the required specialty, to assess their ability to perform the tasks or functions associated with the grade for which they are competing.
- **Duration**: Between **30 and 45 minutes**.
- **Coefficient**: **3**.
- **Note**: Candidates who obtain an average of at least **12 out of 20** in the written examination are eligible to take the oral examination.
