## Overview
The Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of two (02) Third Grade Technicians (Scale 9) in the specialties of Commerce and Business Management. The competition will take place in Rabat on Sunday, **October 4, 2026**.

- **1** position: Third Grade Technician (Scale 9) in **Commerce** specialty - Rabat
- **1** position: Third Grade Technician (Scale 9) in **Business Management** specialty - Rabat
## Eligibility Requirements
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be at least **18** years and not exceed **40** years as of January 1st of the current year, with the possibility of extending the age limit for a period equivalent to the duration of valid or rectifiable services for retirement, not exceeding **45** years.
- Must hold a Specialized Technician Diploma as stipulated in Article 8 of Decree No. 2.05.72 or an equivalent certificate, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision.
## Required Documents
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with the applicant's photo, including their phone number and email address.
- Certified true copy of the National Identity Card, valid.
- Certified true copy of the Specialized Technician Certificate or an equivalent certificate, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision.
- For diplomas that do not specify the specialization, a certificate issued by the awarding institution clearly stating the specialization must be attached.
- Authorization from the head of the employing administration for civil servant applicants.
## Examination Stages
- **Written Examination**:
- Subject: Questions related to the required specialization or professional tasks and skills associated with the positions.
- Duration: **Three (3) hours**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
- **Oral or Practical Examination**:
- Duration: Between **15** and **30** minutes.
- Coefficient: **2**.
- Objective: To assess the applicant's ability to perform the tasks and functions associated with the grade for which they are competing.
