## Overview
The Ministry of Justice announced the organization of a competition to access the profession of Judicial Commissioners for the year **2026**, to fill **200 contested positions** within the circuits of the Courts of First Instance, in addition to positions reserved for exempted categories, up to 25% of the announced positions. This competition aims to strengthen the judicial system with new competencies in the field of judicial judgment enforcement.

## Announced Positions

- **Required Specialties**: Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences (Private Law or Public Law) or a Bachelor's degree in Sharia or equivalent.

## Application Conditions
**For Ordinary Candidates:**
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences (specializing in Private Law or Public Law) or a Bachelor's degree in Sharia or equivalent.
- For employees, a final and unconditional authorization from the employing administration must be obtained.
- Electronic registration must be completed via the official website of the Ministry of Justice.
**For Exempted Categories (Registry Staff and Sworn Clerks):**
- **Registry Staff**:
- Must have spent at least **10 years** in this capacity, and belong to at least salary scale No. 10.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences or Sharia or equivalent.
- **Sworn Clerks**:
- Must have spent at least **10 years** working as a sworn clerk.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences or Sharia or equivalent.

**For Electronic Registration (Ordinary Candidates):**
- Copy of National Identity Card.
- Copy of Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences (specializing in Private Law or Public Law), or a Bachelor's degree in Sharia or equivalent.
- Final and unconditional authorization from the employing administration (for employees).
**For the Oral Exam (after passing the written exam):**
- Originals or certified true copies of: National Identity Card, Bachelor's degree (accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision if applicable), and a recent passport-sized photograph.
**For Submitting Application Files (Exempted Categories):**
- **For Registry Staff**:
- Certified true copy of the National Identity Card.
- Copy of the appointment decision as a registry staff member and a certificate proving at least **10 years** of service in this capacity.

- Copy of the decision for retirement, resignation, or voluntary departure.
- Medical certificate proving actual fitness to practice the profession.
- Recent passport-sized photograph of the candidate.
- **For Sworn Clerks**:
- Certified true copy of the National Identity Card.
- Proof of at least **10 years** of service as a sworn clerk.
- Copy of Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences or Sharia, or equivalent.
- Medical certificate proving actual fitness to practice the profession.
- Recent passport-sized photograph of the candidate.
## Examination Stages
1. **Written Exam**:
- **Topics**: One or more questions related to the duties of a Judicial Commissioner.
- **Duration**: **Two hours**.
- **Coefficient**: **2**.
- **Note**: A candidate who does not achieve an average of at least **10** in each subject will not be considered successful.
2. **Oral Exam**:
- **Topics**:
- Questions related to the Code of Civil Procedure (coefficient 1).
- Questions related to the law regulating the profession of Commissioners (coefficient 1).
- **Preparation Time**: **20 minutes**.
- **Location**: National Institute for Registry and Legal and Judicial Professions at Technopolis in Salé.
- **Note**: A candidate who achieves a total score of at least **40** in both the written and oral exams will be considered definitively successful.

## How to Apply
1. **For Ordinary Candidates**:
- Visit the Ministry of Justice website `www.justice.gov.ma` starting **August 24, 2026**.
- Register your application mandatorily via the dedicated software application.
- Electronically submit a copy of your National Identity Card and Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), in addition to the administration's authorization for employees.
- The deadline for electronic registration is **September 07, 2026** at 16:30.
2. **For Exempted Categories (Registry Staff and Sworn Clerks)**:
- Prepare the complete application file with the required documents detailed above.
- Submit the file directly to the Directorate of Civil Affairs and Legal and Judicial Professions at the Ministry of Justice.
- File submission begins on **September 07, 2026** and ends on **September 21, 2026**.
