## Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must not exceed **45 years** as of January 1st of the current year.
- Hold a "State Engineer" diploma issued by national schools, institutes, or university institutions authorized to deliver it, or an equivalent diploma in accordance with current regulatory provisions.
## Required Documents
- A handwritten application addressed to the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of the National Defense Administration, including full name, residential address, email, and phone number, specifying the desired specialty.
- Two (02) copies of the Curriculum Vitae (CV) with the applicant's photo.
- Two (02) copies of the National Identity Card.
- Two (02) certified copies of the required diploma for recruitment.
- A certificate issued by the relevant university institution clearly indicating the specialty or field, in case the original diploma does not include the specialty.
- A copy of the scientific equivalence decision issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, for applicants holding diplomas or certificates issued by foreign universities, accompanied by a certified copy of the supporting diplomas specified in the same decision.
- An administrative certificate issued by the central human resources departments containing final authorization to participate in these tests, for employed applicants.
## Examination Stages
- **Written Exam**: Multiple-choice questions (QCM) or questions related to the tasks and functions associated with the contested grade, or related to the required specialties or professional skills associated with the positions to be filled. Duration: **four hours (4)**, Coefficient: **4**.
- **Oral or Practical Exam**: The examination committee discusses various topics and issues with the applicant, or subjects them to a practical test, or both, with the aim of assessing their ability to perform the tasks or functions associated with the contested grade. Duration: **between 15 and 30 minutes**, Coefficient: **3**.
- In addition to these tests, applicants will undergo a psychological assessment and a field investigation.
