## Overview
The National Office for University Social and Cultural Works announces the opening of applications for university residence accommodation for the academic year **2026-2027**. This announcement targets new female and male students holding the **2026** Baccalaureate, as well as holders of the **2025** or **2024** Baccalaureate who have not previously benefited. Applications are submitted electronically via the dedicated platform.

## Application Conditions
To benefit from university residence accommodation, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- The applicant must be Moroccan.
- Must hold a Baccalaureate certificate for one of the following years: **2026**, **2025**, or **2024**.
- Must not have previously benefited from university accommodation at the same cycle.
- Must reside outside the university city where the university residence is located and not be directly connected by urban public transport.
- Must not have a job or paid employment.
- The applicant's age must not exceed **26 years**.
- The student must have a 'Massar' number to access the information platform.
- **Note**: The procedure for accommodating international students is handled by the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI). Moroccan students holding a foreign Baccalaureate can submit their applications directly to the relevant university residence.
## Required Documents
The following documents must be prepared and uploaded to the electronic platform in (PNG, JPG, JPEG) format, with a size not exceeding **1MB** per document:
- Sworn declaration signed by the student and their parents/guardians (a downloadable template is available).
- Recent passport-sized photo of the student.
- Disability certificate for applicants with disabilities.
- Annual gross income certificate for parents or guardians issued by the tax administration (form AAP050F/07E).
- Proof of special circumstances (if applicable), such as: death of one or both parents, parental divorce, wards of the nation, children of resistance fighters and members of the Liberation Army.
- **Note**: Students with special circumstances, such as abandoned or adopted children, must provide supporting documents if their application is accepted by the university residence.

## How to Apply
The application process for university accommodation is carried out via the dedicated electronic platform, by following these steps:
1. **Stage One: Document Preparation**
* Prepare all required documents mentioned above, ensuring they are in (PNG, JPG, JPEG) format and do not exceed **1MB** per document.
* Download and sign the sworn declaration template.
2. **Stage Two: Electronic Application Submission**
* Access the electronic platform: **logement.onousc.ma**.
* Create a new applicant account.
* Access your personal account to:
* Accurately fill out the accommodation application form.
* Upload the previously prepared documents.
* Ensure the accuracy of all information before final submission of the application.
* Download the application submission receipt upon completion.
3. **Important Notes:**
* The declared annual gross income of parents or guardians must be provided.
* The number of children living under the same roof as the guardian, including the student themselves, must be declared.
* Adhere to the application submission deadlines set between **August 20 and September 25, 2026**.
* In case of a technical issue, an email can be sent to **logement@onousc.ma**, mentioning the student's Massar number, a description of the problem, and a copy of the National ID card and Baccalaureate certificate.
