**Your responsibilities will include:** - Providing first-level operational support for supply chain requests. - Processing and analyzing alerts and incidents to identify the root cause. - Escalating complex issues to specialized teams with accurate diagnosis. - Participating in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain. - Contributing to the documentation of procedures and best practices. - Collaborating with various internal teams (Procurement, Logistics, Production) to resolve operational issues.
