## Overview A private company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its team in Technopolis, Rabat. The candidate will contribute to the design and development of applications and information systems necessary to support services, particularly within the framework of the 5G MVNO project. This role aims to design components and models that support infrastructure, network, cloud, and OINIS services. This is a permanent contract (CDI) position with a hybrid work model.

## Eligibility Criteria - **Educational Qualifications**: Engineering diploma or equivalent in Informatics, Telecommunications, or a related field (**Bac +5** or higher, Master's). - **Professional Experience**: - **6 years** of experience in the IT field as a Functional Architect or Business Analyst. - Proven experience in 4G/5G core networks for operators (Cœur mobile). - **Technical Skills**: - Proficiency in the fundamentals of operator, enterprise, and mobile networks. - Good understanding of the components that make up an operator's mobile core network. - Good understanding of services provided by the mobile core network: Voice, Data, Messaging, Internet of Things (IoT). - Good understanding of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) technologies. - Good understanding of the operation of private and public cloud infrastructures. - Understanding of 3GPP mobile concepts and standards. - Appreciation for proficiency in IT Telco frameworks such as TMForum ODA, TAM, eTOM, MEF. - Appreciation for experience in Observability and Monitoring. - Strong experience in defining data models and designing REST APIs. - Proficiency in tools and standards used for modeling IT architectures: UML diagrams, UML sequence diagrams, BPMN, DMN. - Experience working in an Agile environment and with tools like Jira and Confluence. - Ability to read, write, and converse in English. - **Personal Skills**: - Seeking innovation. - Need for critical thinking and analysis. - Need for autonomy. - Commitment to work. - Ambition. - Ability to work in a team and collaborate. - Openness and creativity. - Initiative and independence. - Ability to work in an international context with different cultures. - Good communication skills.
