## Key Responsibilities - **Freight Management and Network Optimization**: Lead the planning and forecasting of transport activities, implement continuous improvement initiatives, analyze and guide transport costs, and contribute to budget forecasts. - **Contract Logistics and Service Provider Management**: Promote regional best practices, ensure contract compliance, and contribute to tenders and negotiations with logistics service providers. - **Operations, Tools, and Sustainability**: Deploy operations and tools, lead CO2 emission reduction initiatives, and manage logistics and transport projects. - **Customs Management**: Provide advice on customs procedures and ensure compliance with documentation and processes. - **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure adherence to regulations and identify and manage risks. - **Dispute Management**: Participate in dispute resolution and represent the company before customs authorities.
