## Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for this position, the following conditions must be met: - **Educational Level**: A Bachelor's degree (Bac +5 or equivalent) in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field as a minimum. - **Professional Experience**: A minimum of **8 years** of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector. - **Managerial Experience**: At least **3 years** in a senior managerial or leadership role. - **In-depth Understanding**: Strong understanding of inbound tourism to Morocco. - **Gulf Market Experience**: Experience in GCC markets is a strong advantage. - **Languages**: Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
