## Overview This is a valuable internship opportunity for ambitious young individuals to join the Human Resources Management team at the Moroccan Foundation for the Promotion of Pre-school Education (FMPS). The intern will undertake essential tasks related to organizing and archiving administrative employee files, contributing to the digitization and updating of databases, while ensuring full compliance and confidentiality.
## Organizing Body The Moroccan Foundation for the Promotion of Pre-school Education (FMPS) is an institution committed to generalizing pre-school education in Morocco. Since 2019, the Foundation has experienced significant expansion, growing from a network of 350 to 22,000 pre-school classrooms. The Foundation operates on behalf of the Ministry of National Education, Pre-school Education and Sports, managing 70% of public pre-school education in Morocco. Its aim is to provide the fundamental basis for a high-quality educational path for children aged 4 to 6 years.
The Foundation collaborates with the public, semi-public, and private sectors, managing and training educational staff, thereby contributing to shaping the future of pre-school education in Morocco. The network is supervised by a central administration comprising 150 central staff members and a territorial administration comprising approximately 900 territorial staff members working in close cooperation.
## Announced Positions - **Intern in Human Resources Management**: Two (2) positions in Rabat and surrounding areas. Key tasks include classifying, archiving, and organizing administrative employee files, participating in the digitization and updating of HR documents and databases, and ensuring compliance and confidentiality in administrative archive management.
## Application Requirements - **Educational Qualification**: Recent graduate with a minimum of Bac +2 diploma in administration specializations or equivalent. - **Experience**: Beginner (less than one year). - **Interest**: Interest in activities related to archiving and personnel management. - **Skills**: Organization, accuracy, and a sense of confidentiality. - **Computer Proficiency**: Good proficiency in Excel is desirable. - **Required Personal Attributes**: Curiosity, openness, need for objectivity, need for autonomy, commitment to work, organization.
