## Advertised Positions - **Network Analyst**: One (1) position in Casablanca, permanent contract (CDI), requiring a Bac+3 to Bac+5 diploma in IT, Networks, or Telecommunications, and 1 to 5 years of experience.

## Key Responsibilities - Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi). - Providing second-level support for network incidents (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi). - Monitoring network performance and supervision using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Librenms). - Analyzing and resolving connectivity and security incidents. - Documenting network procedures and configurations. - Participating in infrastructure development projects (migration, deployment, optimization). - Providing technical assistance to internal users and clients.

## Eligibility Criteria - Diploma in IT, Networks, or Telecommunications (Bac+3 to Bac+5). - Cisco certification (CCNA) or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, BGP. - Good understanding of IP addressing principles (IPv4/IPv6) and DNS/DHCP. - Concepts of security technologies: firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto). - Analytical mind, rigor, service orientation, and ability to work in a team. - Technical curiosity and a strong passion for learning. - Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
