## Key Responsibilities Within the scope of this position, your main responsibilities will be as follows: - Ensure the pre-accounting processing of supplier invoices, from receipt to approval for payment. - Monitor and integrate invoices into the information system. - Manage the post-operational process for Proofs of Delivery (POD). - Monitor the quality of transport services performed. - Validate transport allocations and process any potential discrepancies. - Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and processing deadlines.
