## Key Responsibilities - Management and operation of Windows Server infrastructure. - Management of application deployment and patch updates via SCCM. - Management of Windows workstations. - Proficiency in virtualization environments (VMware / Hyper-V). - Management of Operating System Deployment (OSD) images and task sequences. - Monitoring and handling N2/N3 level incidents: troubleshooting, log analysis, performance and compliance monitoring. - Good knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and Windows services. - PowerShell skills for automation and administration. - Experience in updating servers and workstations. - Participation in daily operational activities and development/migration projects. - SCCM proficiency is a key advantage.
