The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, Communication Sector, announces the organization of competitions for the recruitment of new staff in various grades and specialties. - Required Qualifications: Master's degree, Specialized Master's degree, Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies, Diploma of Advanced Higher Studies, or equivalent.
- **Administrator, Grade 3** (8 positions):
- Specialties: Audiovisual, Gaming, Interactive Design and Multimedia (1), Private Law (7).
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Fundamental Studies Bachelor's degree, Professional Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- **Technician, Grade 3** (4 positions):
- Specialties: Information Networks (1), Civil Engineering (1), Accounting and Finance (1), Audiovisual (1).
- Required Qualifications: Specialized Technician Diploma or equivalent.
- **Administrative Assistant, Grade 2** (2 positions):
- Specialties: All specialties.
- Required Qualifications: Baccalaureate certificate or equivalent.
## Application Conditions
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between 18 and 45 years for Administrators, and between 18 and 40 years for Technicians and Administrative Assistants.
- Fulfill the conditions stipulated in Article 21 of the General Statute of the Public Service.
- Obtain the scientific qualifications required for each grade and specialty.
- 25% of the positions are reserved for resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, and former combatants.
- 7% of the positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability certificate.

- Copy of the electronic National Identity Card.
- Copy of the required certificate or diploma (with a copy of the equivalence decision for foreign certificates, and a specialization certificate if not mentioned in the diploma).

- For employed applicants: Approval from their employing administration, issued by Human Resources departments.
