## Overview
The Foundation for the Promotion of Social and Cultural Works for Water and Forest Sector Employees announces the organization of a competition for the recruitment of one Second Grade Administrator. This competition aims to strengthen the Foundation's team with specialized competencies in Finance, Audit, and Management Control. The competition will be held on dates and at locations to be announced later on the public employment portal.

## Announced Positions
- • **Second Grade Administrator** – One (1) position – Specialization: **Finance, Audit, and Management Control** (Finance, Audit et Contrôle de Gestion)
A quota of **25%** of positions is allocated to resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or veterans, and **7%** to people with disabilities.
## Application Conditions
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between **at least 18 years and at most 45 years** on the date of the competition.
- Must hold a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DESA), Diploma of Specialized Advanced Studies (DESS), Master's, or Specialized Master's degree issued by national university institutes or institutions authorized to issue it, or an equivalent certificate, in the specialization of **Finance, Audit, and Management Control**.
- Applicants with professional experience in the aforementioned specialization may be given preference in passing the competition.
## Required Documents
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the public employment portal by uploading electronic copies of the following documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with the applicant's photo, mobile number, personal address, and email.
- National Electronic Identity Card.
- The required diploma or certificate in the aforementioned specialization, or an equivalent certificate accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision.
- Certificates proving professional experience (if any).
- Authorization from the head of the employing administration for applicants who are employees or working in a public institution.
- Disability card for people with disabilities, or a disability certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family.
- Certificate proving the status of a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or veteran issued by the competent authorities (for those with this status).
## Examination Stages
- **Written Exam**:
- Type: An exam in the applicant's specialization (topic analysis, multiple-choice questions, case study, commentary on a project, or a combination thereof).
- Duration: **Three hours (3)**.
- Coefficient: **4**.
- **Oral Exam**:
- Type: Discussion with the competition committee on topics in the specialization and various issues to assess the ability to perform duties.
- Duration: **Between 15 and 30 minutes**.
- Coefficient: **3**.
