A quota of **25%** of positions is reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or veteran. A quota of **7%** is also reserved for people with disabilities holding a disability card.
## Application Conditions
- The applicant must be of Moroccan nationality.
- The applicant's age must be between **18 years old at least and 45 years old at most** on the date of the competition.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree, a Fundamental Studies Bachelor's degree, a Professional Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent certificate, in the field, branch, track, or specialization of **Human Resources Management (Gestion des Ressources Humaines)**.
- Applicants with professional experience in the aforementioned specialization may be given preference in passing the competition.
## Test Stages
- **Written Test**: In the applicant's field of specialization (topic analysis, multiple-choice questions (QCM), case study, project commentary, or a combination thereof).
- Duration: **Three hours (3)**
- Coefficient: **4**
- **Oral Test**: The competition committee will discuss with the applicant topics in the field of specialization and various issues to assess their ability to perform the tasks.
