## Overview Air Arabia Maroc is looking for a **Travel Services Agent (temporary contract)** to join its team in **Nador** and **Tangier**. This position aims to enhance the airline's daily sales and customer services, and handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure their satisfaction.

## Duties and Responsibilities - Promote Air Arabia's sales and customer activities, including tickets, packages, holidays, visas, insurance, and car rentals. - Process bookings, travel reservations, and modifications for walk-in customers, callers, and agents, issue tickets, and finalize travel arrangements. - Apply cross-selling techniques to promote company products and services and achieve individual targets. - Stay updated on all new updates, products, or systems to maintain strong knowledge of the company's services and products. - Contribute to increasing sales and profitability by selling ancillary services, insurance, holiday packages, visas, and flight rewards. - Educate customers about all new promotions, campaigns, and special offers. - Establish contact with current and potential customers to boost sales and build trust and credibility. - Respond to all customer inquiries and handle their complaints effectively to ensure a positive image for Air Arabia. - Coordinate with the airport team and visa screening team to streamline check-in procedures and formalities. - Inform customers of any changes or modifications to flights such as delays or cancellations. - Process and monitor visa applications and cancellations in accordance with Air Arabia policies and procedures. - Maintain company property such as brochures, pamphlets, equipment, office, and waiting area in good condition.
